Most extension and loft-conversion projects need at least one Party Wall notice — and your client will almost always look to you to sort it. The Government's template is widely misused, the specialist surveyors charge £150–£400 per notice just to draft it, and the back-and-forth chews up unbillable time in your practice.

Pricing

Subscription pricing is bespoke and depends on your typical volume. As a rough indication, plans start at £79 + VAT per month for a practice doing up to 15 notices a year, with volume tiers above that. There's no commitment beyond the first month.
