The contract
These terms govern the contract between you and Konstruction (UK) Ltd when you use the Party Wall Notices UK service. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and acting either as a consumer for your own property or on behalf of a client with their authority.

Your 14-day cancellation right and waiver
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for digital content. Because our notices are delivered as a digital download immediately on purchase, you must expressly consent at checkout to the supply starting straight away and acknowledge that, once supply has started, you will lose your right to cancel and obtain a refund. This consent is recorded against your order. If you do not give this consent we cannot release the bundle, but you can return to checkout at any time. See our refund policy for the limited cases where a refund will still be offered.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid for the relevant notice. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or anything that cannot be excluded by law.
Templates, not legal advice
The service produces template documents based on the inputs you provide. It does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and serving the notice correctly under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
Acceptable use of the chatbot
The chatbot is provided to help you understand the Act. You must not abuse, scrape or attempt to manipulate the model. We may suspend access for misuse.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We will email you of any material changes to these terms.
