Digital content and the 14-day right to cancel
Notices generated by Party Wall Notices UK are digital content delivered immediately on payment. At checkout we ask you to expressly consent to the supply starting straight away and to acknowledge that, once supply has started, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We cannot release the bundle without that consent.
When we will refund
- The bundle has a clear technical defect that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time (e.g. corrupt PDF that we cannot regenerate).
- You paid in error (duplicate charge or wrong account) — please contact us within 30 days.
- Fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, handled per Stripe's chargeback procedures.
We mitigate the no-refund position with a free eligibility checker, transparent pricing on the pricing page and a free chatbot to answer questions before you commit.
How to request a refund
Email hello@partywall-notices.co.uk with your order/session reference. We aim to respond within one working day. If we are unable to resolve the matter, please see our complaints policy.
